Excerpted text	Resolution Of 430 Doctors Favoring National Health Policy Covering 'All Population Groups' Draws Fire-- Do private doctors want the Fed-eral government to take over their respective practices, and pay them a set scale of fees for individual treatments and operations? Do they believe the Federal government should grant some form of aid to their profession? Do they believe the government should hold hands strictly off, and permit the profession to go on in its own/individualistic way? Questions, such as these were more hotly debated in the medical profession in New Orleans during the past week, than any others in the past decade, as a result of the signing of a resolution by 430 medical men? "rebels" in the ranks of the American Medical association, declaring that "a national public health policy directed toward all groups of the population should be formulated."
