New officers of the Hotel Dieu medical staff will be installed at a centennial banquet tonight at the Roosevelt hotel. The annual ceremonies will begin at 7 p. m., to be 'followed by the banquet at 8 p. m. "
I Dr. Frank L. Loria will be seated as staff president, succeeding Dr. John L. Kron.
Other officers to be installed are Dr. Max M. Green, vice-president and president-ele'ct, and Dr. Edward des Matthews, secretary-treasurer.
Joseph M. Jones, the son of a former Hotel Dieu staff member, will be principal speaker. Service Certificate I A 50-year certificate of service will be given to Dr. C. Grenes Cole for service on the hospital medical staff. Charles I. Denechaud Jr., chairman of the hospital's advisory board, will make the presentation.
The dedication theme of the observance will be, "To the men of medicine who have gone before us and to whom we owe thanks for much of the knowledge we possess today."
Master of ceremonies will be Charles L. Dufcur, States-Item (columnist. i>avel Presentation
Dr. Kron will be presented a jminiature gavel as a memento ■'of his year as president and award certificate of service.
An invocation and benediction will be given by the Very Rev. W. Patrick Donnelly, S. J.< president of Loyola university and a member of the hospital's ad-visory board.
