              Poder Especial.	Se pase que Yo dn. Antonio Patrick Walsh Capitan de Milicias 
vecino del Distrito de la Nueva Feliciana y residente en esta de 
la Nueva Orleans, Otorgo que doy todo mi Poder cumplido quanto 
por [dro?] se requiera y necesario sea a dn. 
vecino de Panzacola Special para que a mi nombre representando 
mi persona [dros?] y acciones, se presente ante los tribunales competentes  
de la Florida Occidental para que obtenga y pueda obtener 
la concesion en forma de diez arpanes de frente con la profundidad 
ordinaria que con fha [sic] de diez y nueve de Octubre del año de mil 
sete cientos noventa y seis me fueron acordados en el Districto 
referido de la Nueva Feliciana, paque los [dros?] Reales y demas 
que sean necesarios, pida el apeo y demas diligencias, practicando 
los que se necesiten hasta efectuar titulo en forma que todo lo aprece 
[ir?] como si presente puse, pues el poder que le otorgo, su anexo y  
dependiente es sin limitacion, con libre franca y general administracion,  
con facultad de enjuiciar, jurar y subtituir revocar 
subtitulos y nombrar otros con relevacion en forma, que todo lo 
que en su [clirtud?] obrare ratifico y ratificaré, obligó mis bienes  
havidos y por haver al cumplimiento de ello. con poderio y sumision 
a las justicias que de mis causas puedan y devan conocer, doy aqui 
por [encinta?] la clausula [quarentigia?] y renuncio las leyes de mi 
favor con la general que lo prohive, en fé de el le he firmado 
el presente en la ciudad de la nueva orleans a cinco de Enero de  
mil ocho cientos y diez años en presencia de los testigos dn. Joaqn. 
Lozano y dn. Rafael de la Peña vecinos y por ante el infrascrito

			[?]Special Power:	It happens that I Mr. Antonio Patrick Walsh Captain of Militias 
neighbor of the District of New Feliciana and resident of  
New Orleans, grant that I give all my full Power inasmuch  
as [?] is required and is necessary to [?]. 
neighbor of Pensacola especially so that to my name representing 
myself [?] and actions, he comes before the proper  
judges of West Florida so that he may obtain and can obtain 
the concession in the form of ten "arpanes" of length with the ordinary  
depth that with the date of the nineteenth of October of the year one thousand 
seven hundred ninety six were awarded to me in the referred  
District of New Feliciana, so that the Royal [?] and the like  
that are necessary, ask the [?] and other procedures, carrying out 
those that are necessary to execute a title in a form that all appreciate  
[to go?] as I give presently, as the power that I grant him, its appendix and 
dependent is without limitation, with free honest and general administration,  
with authority to judge, to swear and subtitle revoke 
subtitles and name others with revelation in form, that everything  
that in its [clarity?] I shall enact ratify and shall ratify, forced my good 
[?] and for seeing to the fulfillment of it. with power and submission  
to the laws that of my causes can and should know, I give here  
by [?] the [fortieth?] clause and renounce the laws of my  
favor with that which in general prohibits it. in witness hereof I have signed  
it in the city of new orleans on the fifth of January of  
one thousand eight hundred and ten years in the presence of the witnesses Mr. Joaqin 
Lozano and Mr. Rafael de la Peña neighbors and before the undersigned
