Description	True copy of plat and survey of land of Gilberto Andry and Ursino Bouligny, 1808, copy made 1843. The 2000 arpanes was granted to Ursino Bouligny on Dec. 18, 1808, on a plot of land situated in the District of Baton Rouge bordering lands of Gilberto Andy, Juan Bauto Labatut, and Domingo Bouligny. The plots are noted to be, "in straight 'perchas,' of paris." "Survey made by Pintado" - p. [4].

Certifico que habiendo passado deste puesto por disposicion del Señor Dn Juan Ventura Morales intendente General interino de esta provincia y Subdelegado de Su Superintendencia General Juez de tierras y Solares Realengos, para tomar Conocimiento de las muchas dificultadas que ocurrian en este distrito y puestos de Su dependencia Sobre linderos y amojanamientos de tierras, Remediar las que fuesen, y dar a mis diputados las Correspondientes instructiones Como expresse el oficio de Dho Sor de Diez y nueva de Octobre del Corriente año [Cuia or Cuya ?] disposicion dimano de lo que Sobre este punto le hizo presente

I certify that having come from this post by the order of Mr. Juan Ventura Morales interim quartermaster general of this province and assistant representative of his general supervision judge of lands and royal plots, to take notice of the many difficulties that occur in this district and posts of his dependency over bounds and boundaries of lands, remedy those that were, and give to my representatives the corresponding instructions as expressed in the official letter of the aforementioned Mr. [Morales] of the nineteenth of October of the current year whose disposition arose from that which over this point
