Description	File contains five pages with four abstracts from the Mayor's Docket and two affidavits, dating from 1806-1807. Abstract A, dated March 2, 1807, gives the initial presentment of Territory of Orleans v. Bartolome Burgo. Abstract B on the same page gives the initial presentment for Territory of Orleans v. John Cullanan. On the verso side of that page, Abstract C, dated Sept. 4, 1806, gives the initial presentment for Territory of Orleans v. Christopher Forester, a soldier in the Army. Abstract D, dated Jan. 29, 1807, gives the initial presentment for Territory v. James Wilmoth. Affidavit A is of Charles Longhead and Affidavit B is of George Smith. Noted "discharged" on verso of affidavits' page. All abstracts were written by G. [Chabauo?], secretary.
