This chart lists all formats of each item that are available in the Medical Library. Original analog formats include 3/4" Umatic tapes, VHS, audiocassettes, and film reels. In addition to format, this chart also includes the title, control number (identifier), date produced, total run time, brief description of item, condition of the audiovisual (fine, no sound, etc.), whether the item is the original or a copy, and the location (Archives or Stacks).
