| Abstract/Introduction | The research in this thesis covers the history of assessment centers and the use of assessment centers to assess management potential. While many individuals and groups have contributed to the history of assessment centers, there are several key studies and individuals that have precipitated the advancement of assessment theory. This thesis will focus primarily on the major contributors that have had an effect on the use of assessment centers for prediction of management potential. |
