| Facilitator Log | 4:18 Jack remembers feeling that he thought very differently than everybody else growing up and would often get in trouble at school for that. 10:00 He remembers an incident when his high school senior class was taken to see the play Cabaret, and the organizer ordered everyone half way through the performance to get up and leave. 24:00 Being the only girl in her family Catherine felt that she had to prove herself and always wanted to prove to her parents that she could take care of herself and think on her own. 29:00 They had recently moved to New Orleans after getting married when Hurricane Katrina hit. She remembers her father called them to order them to come to Baton Rouge. 34:00 Catherine thinks that being forced to leave New Orleans was a blessing in disguise because they grew closer to Jack's side of the family in Baton Rouge. 38:40 the couple met through mutual friends in college. At first, Catherine thought Jack was weird, and Jack thought she was stuck up. |
