The second annual outdoor poetry show sponsored by the New Orleans branch of the National Writers Club will be held from 10 a, m. until 4 p. m. Sunday in Pirate's alley, Miss Lucyle J. B, Flores, chairman, said Thursday.
Miss Flores said original poems in poster form will be hung on the St. Louis Cathedral fence. All New Orleans residents are invited to attend, she added.
Books of published verse by the following New Orleans poets will be displayed: The Rev, C. J, Quirk of Loyola university, Clement Wood of Rugby academy. Dr. George W. Cooper of the Louisiana State university medical staff., Mrs, Stanley Arthur, Mrs, May Fredericks Toney, and Mrs, Sara Mizelle Morgan, past poet laureate for the Grand Order of the Eastern Star in Arkansas.
