The Sertoma Toastmasters Club, newest chapter of Toastmasters International, received its charter at a dinner meeting Tuesday night at the Tulane university cafeteria.
Pierre E. Bagur Jr., district governor of Toastmasters for the Deep South, presented the charter to Dr. Lawrence J. O'Neil, president of the new club.
Other officers include J. Pant Taylor, vice-president; David Bernhardt Sr., deputy governor; Harley B. Fisk, secretary; Robert Warriner, treasurer; Frank Char-bonnet, educational chairman, and Charles Thomas, sergeant-.at-arms.
