Tully McCrea, field consultant for the National Probation and Parole Association, will moderate a panel discussion on the problem of vandalism at a meeting of the St. Thomas Neighborhood Council at 7:30 p. m. Tuesday at the Kings-ley House auditorium.
Others participating in the council will be Dr. J, E. Chappius, medical director of the Guidance Center; A. M. Wright, director of probation of the juvenile court of New Orleans, and Allen Dowling, tenant relation advisor of the Housing Authority of New Orleans.
