The seventh annual meeting
of the Surgical Association of Louisiana will be held Sunday at The St. Charles.
Dr. D. P. Slaughter, associate professor of surgery at the University of Illinois, and Dr. Chester B. McVay, clinical professor of surgery at the University of South Dakota, will be featured speakers at the one-day session.
"Modification of Disease by Surgical Approach to the Endocrine System" will be the topic of Dr. Slaughter's address, while Dr. McVay will speak on "Hernias of the Abdominal Wall."
