Jr., assistant director of the hospital, said Wednesday.
At a meeting of the board Tuesday night staff changes were considered including Dr. Malcolm Schwarzenbach succeeding Dr. Adolph Jacobs as chief of the obstetrical and gynecological service; Dr. Harry Zengel succeeding Dr. Roger Mailhes as chief of urology; and Dr. Reichard Kahle succeeding Dr. L. J. O'Neil as chief of surgery.
At the same time the board | initiated a study aimed at re-
organizing the unit. Dr. Flores said he wished it made clear the physicians were leaving their posts at their own request and that they would remain with the unit as consultants. Dr. Jacobs, who held the dual capacity of chief of the obstetrical and gynecological service and head of the unit, will remain as head of the unit, Dr. Flores added.
