The first international symposium on uveitis, inflammation of the iris and choroid of the eye, will be held by the New Orleans Academy of Ophthalmology Feb. 24-28 at the Roosevelt hotel.
Although the meeting is the eighth annual symposium to be held by the organization, the subject of uveitis is believed to have never been discussed at such; length by international experts be* fore, according to Mrs. Pauline Brown, executive secretary.
