The 35th annual convention of the Central Neuropsychiatric Association will be held Friday and Saturday at the Roosevelt hotel with about 200 doctors in attendance.
The program Friday will deal with children's fear of school and aspects of Louisiana's mental health education program. Other topics of the day will be the evaluation of drugs in psychia-i try, infertility in the male, and the reactions between patient and therapist.
Saturday's topics will concern medical hypnosis, experiences in teaching general psychiatry to general practitioners, physical effect of leprosy on the nervous system and its emotional effects, the treatment of brain tumors by chemicals and the treatment of neuralgic pains.

Kloepfer, Dr. Robert Heath, Dr. Russell Monroe and Dr. Ruth Patterson, T u 1 a n e university medical school; Dr. Richard Pad-dison, Dr. John Moossy, Dr. Charles Watkins and Dr. Marvin Miller, Louisiana State university medical school, and Dr. John D. Jackson of Ochsner clinic.
Others will be Dr. Norman Rucker and Dr. Irwin Marcus, both of New Orleans; from the United States Public Health Service hospital, Carville, Dr. George! Fite, and Dr. Theodore L. L. Soniat, head of the neurology department at Ochsner Foundation hospital, chairman of the scientific program committee.
Dr. John Cavanagh, Washington, D. C.| will discuss a paper by Dr. Theodore A. Watters, general chairman of the New Orleans committee.
ADDRESS FRIDAY Dr. Hamilton Ford, professor of neurology and psychiatry, University of Texas school of medicine, Galveston, is president of the association and will give the annual presidential address on Friday. President-elect of the group is Dr. Martin H. Hoffmann^ Detroit, Mich.
Dr. Edmond Souchon, renowned jazz authority, will be guest speaker at a luncheon Friday for! members and guests, speaking on "The Development of New Orleans Music."
