A mental clinic for pastors and hospital workers wilJ be held Thursday from 9 a. m. to 1 p. m. in the Charity hospital auditorium, the Rev. Robert Wilson, Baptist chaplain, announced Tuesday.
The clinic is being jointly-spon sored by the Protestant chaplain's office at Charity, the state department of hospitals, and the director of Charity hospital.
Dr. Leo Kern, Charity director, will give an address of welcome! to open the program.
Among the topics and speakers will be: 'The Pastor Making a
Referral," Dr. Myron C. Madden, pastor of the St. Charles Avenue Baptist church; "The Mentally 111 in Louisiana," Winnborn Davis, director pf training and research, state department of hospitals, and "The Minister Visiting the Mental
Patient," Dr. William C. Super, j head psychiatrist at Charity hospital.
